The Un-Road Trip

I’ve always loved road trips but I’ve never loved driving. So I decided to take an UN-road trip instead.

I challenged myself to travel across the country using everything except a gas-powered car. Over 10 weeks in 2009, I travelled over 12,000 miles across the US and Canada using 101 alternative modes of transportation.

On the way, I made appearances on the Today Show, Canada’s CBC National News, and dozens of local TV affiliates. After completing the trip I turned my footage into a four-part television series that aired on Halogen TV, Pivot and even a TV network in Thailand.
