Sad Animal Facts

Sure, animals are cute. But they can also be depressed. And that’s exactly what this animated web series was about.

I'm not only a mega fan of the popular Instagram account and bestselling book series, Sad Animal Facts, I'm also married to its creator, Brooke Barker. I was thrilled when Brooke asked if I'd produce an animated web series based on Sad Animal Facts. We collaborated with animator Jocie Juritz to create this eight episode series for the online magazine, Topic. I oversaw and coordinated production, produced all the vocal recording sessions, edited together all the audio and even provided a few of the voices myself. Here are three of my favorite episodes:
